Joan Sayre presents CFC’s February program “Bees, Bugs and Butterflies.”  In addition to being an experienced and knowledgeable conservationist, Sayre is a fabulous photographer specializing in insects.   She is a member of the Riverwoods Nature Photographic Society and has shown her nature prints in Lake County exhibits and publications.   Several photographs are on permanent display at the Lake County Forest Preserve District Headquarters.
Beyond that, Sayre knows about insects, what they need for habitat and what they can do for our earth-friendly yards.  Come to see her gorgeous slides and learn about the importance of insects to our environment.  The program begins at 10:00 but all are invited to come at 9:30 for
coffee, displays, conversation and handouts.   Free parking is located behind the building.

The attendance fee is $10 for non-members, payable  at the program. CFC members attend free as a benefit of membership.  Please RSVP to 847-382 SAVE (7283) or email [email protected].  To ensure proper registration, please provide your name, phone number and program title.
